48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Reserving an appointment time is a contract between you and your stylist/therapist/spa technician. We honor that contract by fulfilling your service and reserving time on our schedule just for you. We tell other potential guests that they can NOT come in at that time because it is already reserved. Your obligation is to show up on time for your service so we can fulfill our obligations to make you feel and look amazing! We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so we have ample time to fill the space. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for any missed or late cancel appointments. All NO SHOW appointments will be charged full price for missed appointments.
Spa Intake Form Policy
At our salon and spa, your safety, comfort, and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure we can provide you with the safest and most effective treatments possible, we require every guest to complete our confidential Spa Intake Form prior to receiving any spa service.
This generalized form takes just a few minutes and is required for all services. It helps our licensed professionals understand any health considerations that may affect your treatment—whether you’re receiving a massage, a facial with peels or dermaplaning, a pedicure, or any other service. For example, conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies, or certain medications are important for us to know so we can tailor your experience safely and avoid any unnecessary risks.

• The form only needs to be completed once per year.
• Your information is kept strictly confidential and is purged annually in accordance with our privacy practices.
• This requirement is mandated by our insurance provider to maintain the highest standards of professional care.
Please note: Completion of the intake form is required for all services. Refusal to complete the form will be considered a refusal of service. If you arrive for your appointment without a completed form on file, we will be unable to proceed with your treatment and a missed service fee will apply.
